When I eat a little too much, it messes up my whole day. When I eat enough, I do 12 things in a day and when I eat a little too much, I do 2 things and spend all night staying up too late and trying to get myself together.
I have the sharpness and the energy to do 12 things in a day when I eat enough. If I eat a little more, I have the brains of a slug and the body of a 40 year old. When I eat enough, I have the body of an 18 year old.
When I say eat less, I mean both variety and amount. When I say eat enough, I mean both variety and amount.
